If someone cannot collect their card during that week, they can get it later. It will be available at the INEC office for their Area Council.
INEC specifically had a message for people living outside the FCT. They stated that this particular collection is only for the Federal Capital Territory.
The dates for PVC collection in other states have not been decided yet. INEC has not fixed a schedule for the rest of the country.
