He urged staff to transform INEC into Africa’s premier election body, one that prioritizes integrity, technology, and democracy, so that the vote becomes a watershed moment in Nigerian history.
Amupitan warned of zero tolerance for misconduct, emphasizing the importance of setting a continental benchmark and demonstrating INEC’s ability to conduct a world-class, technologically enabled election.
