Lokoja, Kogi State — Dr. Phillip Terzungwe Vande, Chairman of the Institute for Climate-Smart Research and Policy Advocacy (ICSR-PA) Board, has been elevated to the rank of Professor of Political Thought by the Federal University, Lokoja (FULOKOJA).
The elevation, announced by the Institute, reflects years of scholarly excellence, intellectual leadership, and sustained contributions to political thought and academic development.
In a statement signed by Sir Ambassador Richard Inyamkume, Registrar-General and CEO of ICSR-PA Nigeria, the Institute described the promotion as “a proud moment” and “a significant boost” to its mission of advancing climate-smart research, policy advocacy, and thought leadership.
