Fenerbahçe defeated Galatasaray 2-0 at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium to lift the 2026 Turkish Super Cup.

Fenerbahçe were crowned the 2025/26 Turkish Super Cup champions with a clinical 2–0 victory over their arch-rivals Galatasaray at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium.

This victory marks Fenerbahçe’s 10th Super Cup title and provides a massive psychological boost for manager Domenico Tedesco in the mid-season title race.

The derby was played under heavy conditions after the TFF moved the kickoff from 18:45 due to heavy rain and strong winds in Istanbul.

Fenerbahçe got the early lead in the 28th minute through their new signing, Mattéo Guendouzi, who joined from Lazio.

Early in the second half, Jayden Oosterwolde doubled the lead, ghosting in at the back post to turn home a set-piece delivery.

The absence of Nigerian striker Victor Oshimen was visible, as all effort from Mauro Icardi was not enough to get a goal for Galatasaray.

Fenerbahçe will now turn their attention back to the Süper Lig, where they currently sit just two points behind leaders Galatasaray. This victory ends a long wait for a trophy against their “Eternal Rivals” in a final setting.
